حدثني محمد بن إسحاق بن عثمان السمسار البخاري، قال: حدثنا داود بن مخراق الفاريابي، قال: حدثنا سعيد بن سالم، قال: حدثنا أبو حنيفة رضي الله عنه، عن ابن شهاب، عن رجل من آل سبرة، عن أبيه، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم نهى عن متعة النساء يوم فتح مكة.

Muḥammad ibn Isḥāq ibn ʿUthmān al-Simsār al-Bukhārī related to me. He said: Dāwūd ibn Mikhrāq al-Fāryābī related to us. He said: Saʿīd ibn Sālim related to us. He said: Abū Ḥanīfa, may God be pleased with him, related to us, from Ibn Shihāb, from a man of the family of Sabra, from his father: The Prophet, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, prohibited temporary marriage with women on the day of the conquest of Mecca.
