إبراهيم بن عكرمة

Abū al-ʿAbbās Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn Saʿīd al-Kūfī related to us. He said: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Aḥmad ibn Buhlūl related to us. He said: “This is the book of my grandfather, Ismāʿīl ibn Ḥammād.” I read in it: Saʿīd ibn Suwayd related to me. He said: I heard Ibrāhīm ibn ʿIkrima say: I have never seen anyone more scrupulous than Abū Ḥanīfa, or more learned in jurisprudence than him. May God be pleased with him.
