حدثنا الفضل بن بسام، قال: حدثنا إبراهيم بن منصور البخاري، قال: حدثنا يحيى بن عاصم، قال: حدثنا عبد الرزاق، قال: أخبرنا سفيان، عن أبي حنيفة رحمه الله، عن عاصم، عن أبي رزين، عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما، قال: من أتى بهيمة فلا حدّ عليه.

Al-Faḍl ibn Bassām related to us. He said: Ibrāhīm ibn Manṣūr al-Bukhārī related to us. He said: Yaḥyā ibn ʿĀṣim related to us. He said: ʿAbd al-Razzāq related to us. He said: Sufyān informed us, from Abū Ḥanīfa, may God have mercy on him, from ʿĀṣim, from Abū Razīn, from Ibn ʿAbbās, may God be pleased with them both, who said: Anyone who has intercourse with an animal is not subject to a prescribed punishment.
