حدثنا صالح بن أحمد بن أبي مقاتل البغدادي، قال: حدثنا يحيى بن السري بن يحيى، قال: حدثنا عبد المجيد بن عبد العزيز بن أبي رواد، قال: حدثنا أبو حنيفة رضي الله عنه، عن أبي السوار، عن أبي حاضر، عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما، أن رسول الله ﷺ احتجم بالقاحة وهو محرم صائم.

Ṣāliḥ ibn Aḥmad ibn Abī Muqātil al-Baghdādī related to us. He said: Yaḥyā ibn al-Sarī ibn Yaḥyā related to us. He said: ʿAbd al-Majīd ibn ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz ibn Abī Rawwād related to us. He said: Abū Ḥanīfa, may God be pleased with him, related to us, from Abū al-Sawwār, from Abū Ḥāḍir, from Ibn ʿAbbās, may God be pleased with them both: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, underwent cupping at al-Qāḥa while in the state of iḥrām and fasting.
