ʿAmr ibn ʿĀṣim said: I heard ʿAlī ibn Khashram say: Hārūn made the pilgrimage with Abū Yūsuf as his traveling companion. Sharīk also made the pilgrimage that year. Sharīk asked: ‘Who led the people in prayer?’ They said: ‘Yūsuf ibn Abī Yūsuf.’ He said: ‘Death has become welcome.’
