Yāsīn ibn al-Naḍr related to us. He said: Muḥammad ibn Sulaymān, the son of Maṭar’s daughter, related to us. He said: Muḥammad ibn Saʿīd ibn Sābiq related to us. He said: Mihrān ibn Abī ʿUmar al-Rāzī related to us. He said: Abū Ḥanīfa, God have mercy on him, said to a man from Khurasan: “Three groups have come to us from your region, among the worst groups: the Jahmiyya, the Muqātiliyya and the Banjiyya.”

Banjiyya follows the printed البنجية; the group name is not conjecturally replaced.
