حدثنا العباس بن عزيز القطان المروزي قال: حدثنا محمد بن إبراهيم البغدادي عن أبيه قال: كان أبو حنيفة يختم القرآن في عامة الشهور في كل شهر ثلاثين مرة، وفي شهر رمضان ستين مرة، وكان يفتي مع ذلك.

Related to us: al-ʿAbbās ibn ʿAzīz al-Qaṭṭān al-Marwazī; he said: related to us: Muḥammad ibn Ibrāhīm al-Baghdādī, from his father, who said: In most months Abū Ḥanīfa would complete the Qurʾān thirty times each month, and in the month of Ramadan sixty times. Along with that, he would issue legal opinions.
