حدثنا خلف بن عامر بن سعيد الهمداني، قال: حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم بن حبيب بن الشهيد، قال: حدثنا حفص بن غياث، قال: حدثنا أبو حنيفة، عن حماد، عن إبراهيم رحمة الله عليهم، قال: إذا وجد القتيل في محلة قوم، فإن كان معروفاً بالدعارة فلا دية له.

Khalaf ibn ʿĀmir ibn Saʿīd al-Hamadhānī related to us: Isḥāq ibn Ibrāhīm ibn Ḥabīb ibn al-Shahīd related to us: Ḥafṣ ibn Ghiyāth related to us: Abū Ḥanīfa related to us, from Ḥammād, from Ibrāhīm—may God have mercy on them—who said: If a slain person is found in a people’s quarter, and he was known for wickedness, no blood money is due for him.
