حدثنا قبيصة بن الفضل بن عبد الرحمن، قال: حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم الاستراباذي، قال: حدثنا عفان بن سيّار، قال: حدثنا أبو حنيفة، عن نافع رحمة الله عليهم، عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، أنه استرقى من العقرب واكتوى من اللَّقوة.

Qabīṣa ibn al-Faḍl ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān related to us. He said: Isḥāq ibn Ibrāhīm al-Astarābādhī related to us. He said: ʿAffān ibn Sayyār related to us. He said: Abū Ḥanīfa related to us, from Nāfiʿ—God have mercy on them—from Ibn ʿUmar, God be pleased with them both, that he sought a healing incantation for a scorpion sting and underwent cauterisation for facial palsy.
