حدثنا الطيب بن محمد بن غالب البيكندي، قال: حدثنا مسروق بن المرزبان، قال: حدثنا أبي المرزبان بن مسروق، قال: حدثنا أبو حنيفة، عن حماد، عن إبراهيم رحمة الله عليهم، قال: ما صنع الوصي جائز إلا النكاح.

Al-Ṭayyib ibn Muḥammad ibn Ghālib al-Baykandī related to us: Masrūq ibn al-Marzubān related to us: My father al-Marzubān ibn Masrūq related to us: Abū Ḥanīfa related to us, from Ḥammād, from Ibrāhīm—may God have mercy on them—who said: Whatever the testamentary guardian does is valid, except marriage.
