كتب إليّ زكريا بن يحيى، قال: حدثنا سهل بن عمار إجازة، قال: حدثنا الجارود بن يزيد، قال: حدثنا أبو حنيفة، عن أبي هند الحارث، عن الضحاك، عن علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه، أن النبي ﷺ توضأ ثلاثًا ثلاثًا.

Zakariyyā ibn Yaḥyā wrote to me. He said: Sahl ibn ʿAmmār related to us by authorization. He said: Al-Jārūd ibn Yazīd related to us. He said: Abū Ḥanīfa related to us, from Abū Hind al-Ḥārith, from al-Ḍaḥḥāk, from ʿAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib, may God be pleased with him: The Prophet, God bless him and grant him peace, performed ablution, washing each part three times.
