أبي حمزة

I was told from Muḥammad ibn Hāniʾ, who said: ʿAlī ibn ʿĪsā related to us. He said: Ḥamdawayh ibn Khālid informed us, from Abū Ḥamza, who said: I took some books from Ibrāhīm al-Ṣāʾigh here. He said: “Whatever Abū Ḥanīfa changes for you, I would like you to tell me.” I submitted them to Abū Ḥanīfa, and he changed some things in them. When I returned, Ibrāhīm asked me, but I did not tell him what he had changed, being unwilling to share it.
