حدثنا بدر بن الهيثم بن خلف الحضرمي البغدادي ومحمد بن قدامة الزاهد البلخي وحامد بن سهل البخاري، قالوا: حدثنا أبو كُريب، قال: حدثنا إسحاق بن سليمان الرازي، عن أبي جعفر، عن أبي حنيفة، عن حماد، عن إبراهيم رحمة الله عليهم في رجل لقي ثلاثة نفر، فقال: أحدكم زان، قال: ليس عليه حد.

Badr ibn al-Haytham ibn Khalaf al-Ḥaḍramī al-Baghdādī, Muḥammad ibn Qudāma al-Zāhid al-Balkhī and Ḥāmid ibn Sahl al-Bukhārī related to us. They said: Abū Kurayb related to us. He said: Isḥāq ibn Sulaymān al-Rāzī related to us, from Abū Jaʿfar, from Abū Ḥanīfa, from Ḥammād, from Ibrāhīm—God have mercy on them— concerning a man who met three people and said: “One of you is a fornicator.” He said: “He is not subject to a prescribed punishment.”
