Muḥammad ibn Manṣūr related to us. He said: Aḥmad ibn Tamīm related to me. He said: Ḥāmid ibn Ādam related to us. He said: I heard Ḥafṣ ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān say: “I was Abū Ḥanīfa’s partner for thirty years. He would complete the Qurʾan in three days and their nights, and would give something in charity every day.”
